Goldbridge is building the financial operating system for the largest asset class in the world – real estate. More than $1T in rent flows through landlord bank accounts annually, with roughly a quarter locked in idle reserves and security deposits – and billions more leaking from unnecessary property expenses. And with $2.5T in real estate loans about to mature in 2027/28, property owners are grasping at straws to boost their income ASAP. Goldbridge solves this problem by creating the first AI-powered banking platform for real estate owners. We are backed by Y Combinator and other world-class investors, and our CEO is a 2x YC founder, former White House advisor, and 100-unit real estate owner/operator who understands this industry deeply. The Work
What You'll Own
- •Build and close a pipeline of real estate owners and property managers (50–2,000+ units)
- •Convert interest into signed design partners, then drive expansion into more units/buildings
- •Partner closely with onboarding to ensure customers become active (money moved, card used)
What You'll Do
- •Source and close: outbound + referrals + partnerships into PMCs, owner/operators, and accountants/controllers
- •Get fluent in the value props: ICP targeting, discovery, mutual action plans, forecasts
- •Run clean pipeline hygiene: ICP targeting, discovery, mutual action plans, forecasts
- •Work directly with Product/Eng: surface top 3 blockers and feed clarity into the roadmap
- •Drive a crisp sales process: discovery → technical/KYB readiness → design partner proposal → close → handoff
- •Create early GTM collateral: one-pagers, ROI narratives, onboarding expectations, and execution handling
- •Build partner-driven leads where possible (PMS, industry consultants, associations)
What We're Looking For
- •3+ years of B2B sales experience; fintech, vertical SaaS, or payments is strongly preferred
- •You can sell to controllers, CFOs, operators — not just 'innovation' folks
- •Comfort with consultative selling and multi-stakeholder orgs
- •Extremely strong written + verbal communication (you can run deals over email and keep momentum)
- •You're both strategic and hands-on: you'll write your own outbound, run your own calls, and close your own deals
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- •Exposure to real estate ops (PMCs, owners, AppFolio/Yardi), banking, treasury, or card programs
