Goldbridge is building the financial operating system for the largest asset class in the world – real estate. More than $1T in rent flows through landlord bank accounts annually, with roughly a quarter locked in idle reserves and security deposits – and billions more leaking from unnecessary property expenses. And with $2.5T in real estate loans about to mature in 2027/28, property owners are grasping at straws to boost their income ASAP. The Work

Your job is to make sure our first customers don't just 'sign' — they go live, move money, and become active fast. In early-stage fintech, onboarding is the product. You will own it end-to-end.

What You'll Own

  • Turn signed design partners into active units, funded accounts, and first card swipes
  • Run a clean, bank-grade KYB/KYC process (docs, exceptions, approvals) with our sponsor bank
  • Build the onboarding playbook, tooling, and customer cadence that scales beyond founders

What You'll Do

  • Run customer onboarding end-to-end: kickoff → entity mapping → KYB packet → provisioning → first funding → card rollout
  • Manage the KYB exception queue with the sponsor bank (and keep customers moving)
  • Define and track metrics: time-to-live, time-to-first-funding, activation rate, active units
  • Design onboarding 'runs' and checklists: deposit setup, controls, roles/admin, reporting pack
  • Coordinate internal execution across Product/Eng, bank ops, compliance/risk, and CS
  • Build lightweight customer enablement: first-week checklist, quickstart docs, weekly status updates
  • Create the feedback loop that hardens the product: you'll find where onboarding breaks and drive fixes into the roadmap

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in fintech ops / implementation / solutions / payments operations (or adjacent regulated onboarding)
  • Comfort living in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Deep bias to action: you can own a queue, unblock people, and ship outcomes weekly
  • Strong written communication (your emails and checklists become the company's voice)
  • Experience coordinating with external partners (banks, processors, compliance) is a big plus

Bonus Points (Not Required)

  • Experience with B2B KYB, charge card programs, treasury ops, or ledger/reconciliation
